Refund policy

30-day guarantee

You have 30 calendar days from the day you receive your order to request a return. The guarantee covers all of our products, including items bought on sale or as part of a bundle.

Return requirements

The item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached (for T-shirts) and in its original packaging.
You'll need your order number or proof of purchase.

How to request a return

Email us at support@yorumen.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions and the address to ship it to.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. We recommend a trackable shipping service, as we can't be responsible for returns lost in transit.
We can't accept packages sent back without first requesting a return by email.

Damaged or defective items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If it's damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email us as soon as possible with photos of the item and the packaging. We'll review the case and make it right: we'll send you a replacement or give you a refund. In these cases, we cover the return shipping.

Exceptions

We can't accept returns of gift cards or of items that show signs of wear, washing or damage caused after delivery.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or design you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a new order for the item you prefer.

Refunds

We'll email you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card issuer may take some extra time to process and post it.
